So, I am looking for contact info on Reproductive Management Assoc. I have a number that was registered in the embryologist manual (not sure what it is called, but it lists all registered embryologists with location and phone number).
I bought some embryos out of the Circle M dispersal sale, and they were listed as conventional however one set is IVF (Wheelman sired) and the other I am unsure. Greg was nice enough to bring them up to me when he came this way (MO), but I did not get paperwork with the embryos. My embryologist wants paperwork, and we had an epic fail with the first implantation of these embryos because we did not know they were IVF (and they should have gone in a day later). We had no paperwork, and since the catalog listed them as conventional I just assumed that is what they were. The Wheelman sired embryos were labeled well, and I was able to track down where they were collected and get the flush record (of which we found out 2 of the eggs were 6-2 and three were 5-2). I still have the 6-2's left to put in, so I can plan on those recips being a day later.
However, the other set, sired by Icon, are collected at a place called Reproductive Management (ET code 539, a very old number). I think they are conventional (no IVF indicated on the straw we put in), but I need to know maturity of the eggs (or better, my vet needs to know), so I need the flush record.
Anyone out there have a phone number or email I could use to make contact? Thanks a bunch!
When I call the number listed, it just rings. I tried an Internet search and have come up with nothing.

That is the number I tried calling, and there is no answer. I will try to follow the other leads, thank you!

These embryos were collected in 2015, so not too long ago.
