Losing Hair

I have a calf that keeps on scratching and scratching all over her body and is losing hair.
I have poured her with Cydectin and injected her with Ivomec, which I just today.
We have washed and revived her.
How can we remedy this problem and help the hair start coming back?
Any medications to help?

If she doesn't have parasites she could be shedding for the spring. Most calves will start losing their hair about now and get new hair. Is her skin dry?

When you scotch comb her are you pulling out an excess amount of hair?

She is losing hair in large patches and her skin is extremely dry and scabbed underneath.
Are there any medications to jump start hair growth again?
