I really like the Friction bull, I think he could click well with the the majority of my females. Just curious how high the bulls go.

I like him too. We're keeping an eye on that red heat wave. I think there best calves usually top out at 15 to 20000. Thats just going off what I heard though. Dont know how much is true, but know they got good calves.

I looked at them today in person.  Nice set of calves.  I particularly liked the Monopoly steers and the Hired Man heifer!!  Overall, a really good set of calves and well worth looking at.

That floor price don't mean much at that sale. They usually go for more than the average joe can afford. Haven't heard of any winning a Major show or anything. Mark Copus had one that didn't turn out very well, according to Caldwell. You never know,I'm sure they look the part. Plan on going to see them and the Burch cattle, after the sales. Going out to Douglas Wyoming to see new Great Grandson.Plan on going to Brooks Shepards place and to Von Forell's Red Angus factory. Will be out that way from June 22nd to July 5th if anyone needs something looked at,let me know, and I'll try.

The floor price is set at $2500--that won't mean much on a set of calves this good!!

If anyone want my opinions on a specific calf, please PM me.  I do not feel qualified, nor do I think its right, to critique someone elses  calves on a public forum.  I did get the following impressions--this is a real good set of calves and the Millers seem to be very good people to work with.  I'm sure if you have questions about a calf they will do their best to represent the calf honestly and help you get a calf that you will be happy with down the road.  After all, its only good business for them to do it that way!!

As I said earlier, in my humble Iowegian opinion, the Monopoly bull calves stood out at this point in their development--I particulary like the M254 calf and I don't think his video does him justice.  Although they only have a few heifers on the sale, the Hired Man heifer caught my eye as the kind I'd like to have as a breeding female--I really like the ways she moves!!  This isn't demeaning any of the other calves, I just thought that in the short while I was there, on this particular day, those would be the calves in this group that I would be the most interested in putting in our barn.  Having said that, I probably  missed a calf that will go on to top the sale and win 10 majors.

I know this--we had a great time getting to know the Millers and Brad and I think they'll have a very good sale!!
