We have had a few Roger That calves and they have been good. I have not seen any Italian Stallion cavles in person, but I have heard they are ok. Has anyone had any Fair Lucky calves? I know he and IS are flush mates, but have not seen any cavles. Our RT calves so far have been a little softer version of MAB's, and I like the fact that Fair Lucky might throw a little chrome? I realize that RT and IS are both being marketed and backed by a lot of $$$, but wonder if Fair Lucky is a better option?

Fair cattle is having their steer sale oct 12th on breedersworld. That might be the best chance yet to see lucky calves. I loved him in denver and wondered why he got no traction. He looks pretty good as a mature also. They are on facebook.

So this is one of 2 Lucky's that we've had. The picture doesn't do her justice. Both Lucky's are deep bodied, great haired calves. Of the two we've had, I'd like to tighten them up just a tad in their brisket, but other than that they are really good, chromed up calves. The problem with the chrome on this heifer is that the white right in her heart girth makes her seem a little tight, but she's out of a great cow, and she'll be a good breeding piece.
