After some recent disappointments using clubbie bulls ranging from bad attitudes and poor structure to late maturing terrible attitudes I'm looking into the Maine bulls to find a bull that can sire a little hair, sound functional offspring that mature in 18 months, good attitudes is a must and a decent shot at being maternal. I'm hoping for competitive county fair steers, not looking for a home run just trying to get a single or a double. I80 and Hard Whiskey are on my radar at the moment with Daddy's Money not far behind. Cow base is simmy angus with Steel Force being in a lot of pedigrees. Most cows are 5-6 frame. What's out there, goods and bad appreciated.  Thanks.

I really like the boomer blood line.  I have a boomer x hard core bull that I use as a cleanup and have sold several show heifers and show steers out of clean cows.  Throws awesome hair, good attitudes and cows that milk.

Hard Whiskey is great in the right application.  Use him on moderate framed, soggy cows. He will provide the bone, mass and style.

I've been really impressed by the drivin 80 calves I've seen sell this fall. Looks to have more rear leg set than a lot of the i80s. Jmo
