I have a question, I am filling out my MAPP stuff and can't find an answer anywhere, does the $5 assessment fee apply to registrations later or is that $5 just gone? If it is just a fee, I can't see any benefit to going this route, I have never had a single person ask for EPD's, don't have any confidence in the EPD's of the Association and only register a few calves a year. Thanks for your help.
