I have looked at him a couple of times @ Nichols. I think he is kind of piecey and wasn't all that impressed with him. He is thick, but does not really stand out at stud. I would stick with Monopoly if he has worked for you. Just my opinion.

or for anybody looking on here what do you think a good choice would be for a club calf bull to breed to some simangus cows

I liked Walks Alone, Believe in Me, Bodacious, and Walks on Water (Saw him last year.) My neighbor has a real nice Smilin' Bob. With simm x angus you have a lot of good options. A Heatwave clone may work the best for you. It can all get pretty confusing, just find one you like and give it a try.

I haven't seen him. My advice would be to use something proven. You cannot go off of the picture. I am telling you there are some that do not look anything like there picture. Some of these bulls have been flushed to expensive donors and if they actually saw what they used they might lose their lunch

I love my Headliner calves!  Only have 2, a heifer and a bull!  They came small, lots of vigor and are really stylish!  Out of 2 very different commercial cows, so am impressed and will post pictures soon.  They are sounds, smooth jointed, and thick, but not too extreme in any way.  Maybe to "plain" for the big guns, but I like them and they will work very well in our program.

I would agree that our headliner calves were, stylish but not extremely stout.  I think on a really powerful cow headliner will do a great job.

Are Headliners all came easy. I would say most of them were 85 to 90 range, but no difficult births

You could also use WMW and shoot for replacement heifers, that market has been hot lately and the WMW x sim/angus is a popular one
