I know I was really disappointed that this sale was advertised on breeder world, but never had any video's of the calves, and didn't list the bidding prices.

This is just talk, but I heard that the top 3 steers all brought 15k. This included the no. 6 steer that I liked. All were said to have left the state.

if a good steer leaves the state, doesn't it make it easier for a cheaper steer to win within the state or a steer from another producer?

Me too! I was waiting for this sale more than any other especially after last year. The pictures didn't seem as good and very disappointed about the breeders world thing. They were sure hyping it up especially at their golf outing and they to place a bid you had to call in...what a waste....why did they even have breeders world then? I am sure their were some great calves but I was disappoined. Also was expecting to see a lot more Bojos after this spring how they said he was siring great ones. Any other thoughts?

This is only the opinion of an old man, but I really felt that most of the calves were too small framed to hit the big time. I hope they do well, but they just were not my kind.

Speaking of Bojo, I noticed that we is not listed in Lautner's Fall Semen catalog. Wonder what happen?

BOJO is probably off getting cloned!I tried to use him this spring but semen was unavailable to SEMEX.
