It is some free advertisement for the Shorthorn Plus program. The Red Angus-Shorthorn composite program has been interesting. Most Shorthorn people don't like the cattle because they look like Red Angus yet they are 50% Shorthorn. Red Angus people don't like them because I am threatening their market share. I hope to carve out market share from the commercial cattle people that like and use Red Angus in their herds. They are the only people open to the red color in this time and place. The Shorthorn Plus program in my opinion should be used for something other than the "blue roan".

I agree-good cattle are Good cattle. Its like bulls that get syndicated to a very small clique-Think they are real world cattle ? Either they think mere mortals who want to use 5 here and 5 there  are unworthy-or maybe they know the bulls are cow killers,females dont milk etc and dont want legitimate documentation O0
