What are some of the best minerals out there to feed to non lactating cows?

I need to add some weight due to the fact some were first calf heifers that weaned nice size calves.

Also, what are some minerals people feed during spring breeding season to increase conception. My conception rate last year was like 60% (which sucks).

What are the advantages and disadvantages of mineral blocks vs lose minerals?

Thanks

All Vitaferm mineral has Amaferm in it now as far as I know. I know the conceptaid does because we use it, and like i said if I'm not mistaken they all do. IMHO it is hands down the best mineral out there for cows. We even use it when dealing with stockers and such.
