Does anyone know the results from saturday? Specifically, supreme and reserve female? Thank you.

Sherwood cattle company had the champion sale animal with their simmental heifer ( lot 68 ) and Zehnders had the reserve with a char ( lot 97 ) as for the averages i don't know right off hand. I didn't stay around to see the champions for the junior show

If I heard right the champion steer came from Wisconsin, he wasnt the steer that Abneys won the sale show with though.
As far as the Supreme deal
The Supreme sale steer was the cross of Abneys and reserve Supreme was the reserve cross (sorry dont know where it came from)
The supreme hrf was the Simmental and the reserve was the Char.

The char hrf was way cool, I havent seen a char that sound, and moderate with a real clubby look in a long time ( and she was a true prebred)
I think I heard she sold pretty well, but that hrf is one to watch as she goes forward.

The Supreme sale steer that was there was a really nice steer, he was a shorthorn plus.

Low simmi was Supreme Heifer dont know who they were. And the champion Commercial of Mallory Bormans that came from Dave Bradford/Hilbert Show Steers was reserve Supreme Heifer

The Low Simmi that was Supreme in the Jr. Show on Sunday was shown by Kayla Nelson.

Did you all feel the quality was a little down this year in some areas?  My daughter was reserve Maine prospect steer, granted there wasn't very many but we certainly didn't expect that from a home raised Dirty Hairy out of a first time heifer.

I have never been to the expo but i thought that there where nice animasl

Champion Maine prospect steer was shown by the Wetzel family of Faribault.
