Any one heard of the kensington runestone in Minnesooooota?

Doesn't it line up with a couple other stones in like Newfoundland and Scandinavia and the moon or something at some times of the year? And its supposedly been here for a few thousand years?

Excellent Olsun. If it is not a hoax it could mess up historians, and possibly scripture.

I don't have my catalog with me, but I think Winchester brought about 2,000.  He looked good.  The lot 2 bull also looked pretty good to me, think he brought around 1,500.  There were some good cows and heifer calves that were sure worth the money.  If I didn't already have more than I need, I'd have brought a few home with me.

MN Sale was pretty soft in my opinion.  We'd like to thank Mike Faulhaber of Hayfield, MN for buying Windchester.  He had the winning bid of $1950 which  I believe topped the sale.  Mike told me he felt he had gotten a very good deal and I have to agree with him.  This bull will get nothing but better and has one of the nicest dispositions you'll ever find.  We semen checked him last Friday and he is producing excellent semen even though he just turned 11 months old today.  You can bet we will be using TM Gus again on this cow.  A lot of people thought I should have no-saled him, however, I promised I would bring him to sell and if anyone traveled there to see him, even though a major storm was moving in, I thought I owed them the opportunity to have him.  I guess I don't like it when someone brings an animal that I want and they don't sell him and frankly I didn't think that was the way I wanted my first offering in this sale to go.  The market was soft on Sunday and I'm sure a lot of the other consignors were disappointed with what their animals brought..  Hopefully, we'll share better sales down the road.  We enjoyed our weekend with the MN folks and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
