For use on TH Free cows that are Angus, Maine, Simmy, or Char that may not have been show heifers but are excellent Brood cows! Think if you had 20 cows and could only choose one bull!

Honestly, breed your powerful cows to monopoly. And your more feminine cows to walks alone. Both have done a amazing job. Especially walks alone as of late. Monopoly is more consistent but when you get a good walks alone they are tough to beat. I would stay away from BIM. Just not enough to them. Don't use monopoly on a small cow, I guess you could say the same on walks alone calves but I have seen some bigger framed walks calves.

I would use Monopoly for heifers and Walks Alone for steers but since i have one choice and I'm more of a steer guy I would go with WA.

That being said I haven't raised any BIM calves.  I will have a class 3 Monopoly steer in Ft. Worth next week

I honestly think that it would be a great time for you to take a day and drive down to both Hawkeye south of Adal & Nichols Cryo, new location and thoroughly go through both facilities carefully and evaluate the bulls that are currently being housed and if nothing else try to @ least sort out the bulls that you think won't work on your cows. Both facilities are pretty much filled to capacity right now with many of the newer bulls and some very good and popular older bulls.

If you do, please give us your thoughts.

You might not be able to see the results. It was Monopoly 30 Walks ALONE 22 and BIM 3. That should answer your question!

grand champion steer at the Iowa beef expo sired by believe in me. Reserve grand champion steer at the Iowa beef expo sired by believe in me. I think this is his first calf crop. I'm not sure but I don't think any other bull has ever accomplished that much in his first year. What are your thoughts. Can u name a bull that has that much success in one year. Bim seemed to have some really high sellers 60k plus. I love monopoly but his calves didnt win much his rookie year. Or walks alone.  Both those bulls have been out for a while and have several more calves on the ground. I bet if we redid this poll again we would have different results.

Honestly walks Alone's first crop was better. Not many of the "big name" breeders are BIM fans.

All three bulls are good and all 3 should be used in every program trying to produce club calves. They are 3 breed a bit different.  But it's apples and oranges comparing the number of calves monop and walks calves on the ground to BIM. BIM Calves have been in top five of lots of shows already with just a fraction of the number of calves on the ground.    I think he is holding his own. As for big name breeders Goetimiller raised a believe in me son I Believe. He is a fan. I also heard he was used pretty heavy in South Dakota.

I am a huge fan of BIM, I think he has had a pretty good calf crop this year. I bought a heifer out of him and she looked really good when she was littler, but right now she is hitting a rough patch and not gaining as much as she should. It will be interesting to see how his calves finish. All I know is that I have seen bad calves out of all three of them, But I think that Walks Alone is winning this year.
