To quote Forrest Gump "life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you will get" and it is kinda that way with Shorthorns. Mr colt must be a genetic roan. I think you will like his calves. We will have 4 this fall then 18 next spring. If they are as good as that white one we will have a lot of fun the next few years. As I said in the above post I have never seen a calf like this one that likes to be scratched. He makes me a little nervous about how I will feel when he runs over to be scratched when he weighs a 1000 pounds or so.
