no, no and no.  Not sure where Quincy & Warsaw are located, but Memphis is definitely in the wrong state.
This city has one of the top-ten tourist attractions, and the last I checked the attraction was #2 behind Las Vegas.  I didn't believe it when my friends told me this but found out later it was true.

Closer, but no.  Another hint, it's the state capital and has 24 karat gold in the dome of the capital building.

Yes, it's Des Moines!  And the Iowa State Fair was the #2 tourist attraction, with Las Vegas being #1.  Never would have imagined it....
