Blind? Infection?

Have a 4 day old calf. Holds his head up and kinda at a tilt sometimes. Looks kind of stupid. His eyes however are not white, they look normal. Any thoughts?

Is his behavior otherwise normal Stan? Nurses, follows mom and other calves? Could be anything from fluid in his ear to stiif/sore neck from birthing.
