How long does it take on average to shrink one? I know everyone's different but on average would you say A week two weeks a month? It will be going on a charolais heifer. 2nd is it better to put it on them in the daytime when its the hottest or of a night so they're hot for the full 24 hrs a day?

Put it on and leave it on all the time. Only pull it off when you rinse. Once the animal is dry, put it back on.

The longer the better.

We only leave ours on during the day when they are in. Initially we kept them on 24/7 but had a few that liked to rub them off when turned out at night and i got tired of looking for them. Seemed to work just as good.
