they have really nice herefords,

also check with Purple Reign in Illinois, he has just plain good cattle

I asked the guys and they said they have not found one good Hereford Steer yet this year in their travels

Vansickle in Indiana had an awesome Reload Hereford Steer.

http://www.vansicklecattleco.com/sale.html

Looked a lot better in person and we considered bidding on him to show straight up against the area’s clubbies.

You might want to give Vansickles a call and see what the current status of the calf is.

Good luck

We've got a couple nice ones for sale.  These pictures were taken over a month ago and they have really turned it on.  They have started to fill out and put some serious meat on.  I'll try to get some updated pics if you're interested.  Shoot me a pm if you want more info.

Kane, I was able to head west to see the hereford steer I had heard about.  I took a picture with my phone, below.  Reel good rascal, IMO.  PM me for more info.

Here's another I took with my Camera.  Not the perfect pose, a little stretched out but still shows his good features.

Hey I was looking at my friends website, they raise purebred Herefords, go to amos hereford farm on showcattlepages.com from Iowa,
super nice Hereford steer there
http://www.breedingcattlepage.com/amos/availablenow.html

The steer sells in Kansas city but they might have more who knows, we have bought from them in the past, super good honest people,
and good cattle too.

Try Morgan Hereford's out of Burwell, NE. They had some really good steers last year and had a pen of them in Denver. They don't keep a lot of bulls, mostly A.I., but sell quite a few good steers. Definitely worth a look. We were up there practicing before Denver last year and I think they had 5 in the barn and 3 of them were really good.
