Gomer bulls are not that hard to make. You or your vet can do it. I have  made a couple bulls and even a gomer goat.If you use a vet dont go for the side-wider operation as it is to costly. The way I do it, is to slit the bottom of his scrotom from the underneath the cut off all the epididymitis that you can see, but do not cut his testicles. The epididymitis are those two white looking bumps on the bottom of his testicles.Next sew up his sack and give him soe penicillin. Also you will need a good tail holder and probably a small dose of nerve medicine to take the edge off of him.The problem you will have is that you said you need one quick and this operation will not make the bull sterile for a while, as he will still have live ammo in his system for about 6 weeks. A quicker and easier method is to buy a open cull cow and shoot her full of testrone, she will act just like a bull.I have used both but if I were to go gomer again I would probably use a cow. I once had a holstien cow and she was very easy to spot in a sea of black cows just spot her and you found the cows in heat. I also had white spotted bull ( thinks to my nieghbors longhorn bull breeding one of my angus). That dude was easy to spot and would come to the corral when ever I shook a feed bucket. He would bring his babe with him and if she tried to run out of the corral before he was done eating he would cut her back like a Quarter horse. He was the best help I have ever had but he started visitening the nieghbors and crashing the fences when his work was done. I could not splain to the neighbors what a gomer bull was so I took him to the stockbarn.
