Our vet always says to use "Tinactin"  athletes foot spray.  I can just tell you that nothing is going to make it go away tomorrow, but this does work fairly well.  Basically any antifungal cream, or spray is going to be your best bet.

If you want lots of reading material, do a search for ringworm here on the Planet. There are 4/5 pages full of advice, pick one and go for it. There are many things that will work.

Daughters 4-H Steer had ringworm a few years back. Tried everything - couldnt get it controlled. One old timer in town told us to take a sponge and soak it in Coca Cola. Not Pepsi - Coke. Dam ringworm was killed off and started healing up almost immediately.

What's worked for me is rubbing the ringworm down with a brush or cloth, and applying mineral oil, but other oils should work too. Done repeatedly, usually as often as you tie them up. Wear gloves though since ringworm loves humans too.

I have used Red Jel Ointment from Trophy on the ring worm.  I order it from PBS animal health on the web.

it is an Iodine gel that will stick to the area and soak in and not run off.  Be sure to use gloves.  It works well but you have to give it a little time to turn ringworm around and heal-- won't do it overnight.

It also works on minor cuts and abrasions to help heal and keep flys out.

just remember killing it is easy [tinactin,  lamasil any anti-fungal will do the trick] but to really get hair going back you must keep the skin moist.
Beleive it or not the best thing i've found is bacon grease with a little fluid film.
