need help loading picture

I am trying to load a picture of a heifer I am going to sell but I cant figure out how to load it on here. I clicked the image button so I can copy and paste the picture but it isnt working. What am I doing wrong?
I am trying to copy the image from windows photo gallary and yes I did try to search for help in previous posts

If you are trying to load into the classifieds, there is an option when you get to the 2nd page for photos.

If you are trying to load it on the forum, click the additional options link that displays right below where you type your post.

If you wait a couple days you will able to post it on new classifieds.
