Not sure there is much under all that hair. I think wet he would look a lot different.

Looking for a herd sire?

I am worried about the front one third. I would want to see him wet.

Maybe, I'm ignorant.. but when I click the link to see the great Miss Canada, and the first words I see are 5/8 Galloway-- and a link pops up to see her pedigree-- and she have zero Galloway on the top--- which will limit her Galloway blood to being only a half blood-- I question these people.  Can't be a minor mistake- b/c nobody advertises 4/8 blood of anything.

I could be wrong, but the way I heard it was, Miss Canada is out of a Heatwave son, whose dam was Shorthorn X Galloway.  That would make her 5/8 Galloway.

Maybe there's a conversion rate issue?

I didn't look At pedigree, but is there a blank spot?

Sometimes pedigrees are not accurate and it needs to be corrected.

The dam of that Heatwave son is 50% Lim, and 50% Maine.

Read the whole pedigree...

Thus, why I asked the question...

Well, then I'll take your word for it-- You've got a valid arguement.  Word of mouth, is usually more accurate than words on paper.

Legitimate question.

I was going off what the original owner of the Galloway cow told me...my bad

Maybe the Galloway blood rumored to be in the Shorthorn that Heatseeker is out of is raising the percentage... ;)
