Back to the original post...What kind of cows were you looking to use him on?  He will have maternal value coming from the dams side of the pedigree.

Lindsey, good luck finding your next project. Its a sometimes trying but exciting time. I want to give you this advice, look for a young steer that looks like a fat steer. Meaning does he have some cover now(should be a easy keeper and good eater), are his feet pointing the directions you want, now(not needing any corrective hoof trims that rarely works), does he have a low flank and level lines, now(you cannot feed flank or fill into one). You will be the only one looking at these animals and photos are deceiving. Make sure you go and look and if not sure look again. Have fun and I am not saying not to post photos I would love to see more but its got to be your decision.

Thank you! The guy that has him right now is quite a drive from me. I may be better off going to an auction so I can see with my own eyes (many are halter broke) already.

thanks again:)
