J - Would there be a way that we could see the number of new ads posted since we last viewed. Like the main forum has the "new" tab?

(I know this may require you to scan millions of line of code, which, when messed with will lead to a cascading failure of monumental proportions, having world wide implications, that will change the course of mankind forever, thus causing you, to solve the outlying problems of time travel, inventing a faster than light engine, so you can be slingshot around the sun, transporting yourself back in time, so all can be as it was!)

On second thought, I like it just the way it is.

Yeah, seeing lots of fixes and improvements to do.  It was hard to see when I was just beta testing with a few ads, but once people really have a chance to break it, easy to find the problems.

I am already working on getting new listings up.  I like a lot of the changes!  Even got a text already about one that I listed this afternoon.

You got the problem fixed with it being stuck on last edited?

If anyone has any suggestions or experiencing any problems, feel free to post them here.  I know one person was having a problem with photos, but it looks like most people are getting things listed.

ALSO Be Careful with the zip code feature.  I need to code in a display that tells you when you are using it as once you enter a zip code, it stays locked on until you hit the clear button.

Yes, I was able to cancel the edit.  But when I tried to edit a different post, it did the same thing.

I might have to change how I handle edits.

Anyone else have any feedback?

Over 100 registered users and 95 ads in the last couple days, lots of messages being sent between buyers and sellers.  90% of the ads have photos, which leads leads credence to the image resizer doing its job.

Is there a minimum number of calves you need to use the online bidding feature (auction)? I think it would be cool if you just had 1 or 2 calves left, to be able to post them and allow online bidding! :)

We could work something out.  I still have a few variables to work, mainly a verification system for bidders.

Fixed a few things last night.  Tons of listings, which I hope is attributed to the ease of use.  You can actually copy a prior listing to build a new listing, and then only have to change a few details.  Also all your phone, zip, state info is pulled right into listing without typing it.

Nice job Jason.  One feature that may enhance it would be able to query by state?  Not just town?  Really like it though.

I can add that, right now you could use the proximity search, but you will capture surrounding states also.
