So, what do you think? She is a purebred simmi, may heifer. We just got her this weekend. My 9 year old daughter just loves her, calls her Peaches!

The angles are not flattering to her. BUT---- I like her depth of rib. She looks like she will be easy feeding type. Softer made cowy look. Would be nice to see her on profile.

She is a Trademark on the top side and Meyer Red Top on the bottom. She is a May heifer, with an unusual color (kinda peachy in color). She is extremly thick! More clubby like, but still very maternal. The important thing is she is great tempered (my daughter is just 9) and has great EPD's. When we get her going a little better, I will update the pictures. She was right up against a panel last night so I could not get a good picture of a side shot.
Thanks for the inputs so far. My daughter just loves her, which is most important for me since I want her to start off the year with a positive experience  <party>

The angles are kinda bad, but you can tell she is a sound heifer that has plenty of natural thickness and depth. To me she is not really a jaw dropper, but at the same time you cant really knock a whole lot of holes in her either.  Like you said the important thing is she if for a 9 yr old that loves her. That alone makes her the best project you could possibly ask for!

If you could get better angles on the pics, that would be great. But very nice looking heifer.

is she from Chandlers?  Glad to see/hear that Rachel is enjoying her!

Yep! Lot 50 in the state sale. Rachel can not leave her alone, which is good! Too bad Rachel can not show cattle at Nationals this year, she would have fun with this one. But she will take her to all the little fairs, OEF and State fair.
How was the Hillbilly? It snowed at the state sale!!! When we left (before they got going in the bulls) there was more than 2 inches on the ground!!!

typical Hillbilly weather!  Brother brought a 210,000 btu tube heater that was very popular at our end of the barn.  Super good cattle this year.  Judge seemed partial to the Clubby type.  It could have been worse.  Heard it was nasty in Central MO weather wise.  Pretty sure there were a couple of locals that were glad they went to AR instead of the AGR.
