I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to jump in.  I'm curious about angus sire K G Power Design, an older model
bull.  We AI'd an ex-show heifer to him, due in March. EPD's look good, phenotype okay for her design.  Main concern is
live calf and some maternal qualities if we get a heifer.  Has anyone here ever used him?

I don't have any experience with him but thought I'd bump your question up in case it got overlooked by anyone who has.  Welcome aboard!!  (clapping)

Looks like to me you did a very good job of picking a bull that is proven calving ease with 94% accuracy , a 24 for milk an that is sure high enough, His mother is a GT MAXIMUM  AN he has been one of my favorite sires for functional cattle, his biggest problem was some of his females haven't worked .  But this bull with the 036 has proven daughters that look very good , I thank you for saking because this bull EPDS have just kept getting better an I will check with some of the ABS people but this bull looks good enough to use ...

Thanks, we tried to do our homework.  Good luck if you try him!  It'll be nice to see how the calf turns out. It's hard to be patient sometimes!
