I was kind of hoping you would get some feed back. I always thought about using him like Anchor females. Hopefully you'll get a reply.

I cant believe that there is that much demand for Anchor to justify a clone

you are forgetting that there are other countries besides the US that don't care about whether is a clone.
Im offended by liberalism, can I sue the DNC to ban it?

I'm guessing that maybe Woody said that because Anchors epd's aren't very impressive, so he never was hugely popular with the registered Angus crowd .  Of course a few of those same breeders that used to be unimpressed by anything with an OCC (or DCC) prefix are having second thoughts these days.  Meantime lots of club calf and commercial breeders have always known the value of Anchor daughters - numbers or no numbers, they make really good cows.

Sorry if i came across wrong, I have no problem with clones, my small point was that you can still find semen at a relatively good price for a dead bull and it wont take you that long to find it.  I personaly havent seen or heard of Anchor semen that has went for over 75 a straw.

Sorry that I misjudged your response.  You are right, I've never had any trouble getting Anchor semen nor paid over $75 for it.  The more I think about it, the more I too wonder if this bull isn't a little cold to be promoting a clone.  But then again, Ohlde doesn't seem to do much that doesn't work out...
