From what I've heard of the Salute calves, they can be fairly big. See how she does with her first calf. If she has an easy calf w/ a good birth weight you might chance it. If not, then I'd look for an easier calving bull for her.
The Shorty people can probably give you some good ideas.
What is she bred to this year?

Shes bred to a maintainer (heifer bull) from Deroucheys. Her mom always had small calves, so I know that theres no worries on that side. Her sire OkieDokie is low BW so thats good. Does anyone have any new Salute calf pics? Ive been dying to see some...

The second time a cow has a calf, if her frame is small, I use an easy calving bull.  Many times the cow will really grow between her 3rd and 4th birthday.  I have some with their third calf that I bred this time to a bull with a 4 + BWT and they did not have any trouble but they had gained 200 lbs each.....
