Wow, I was feeling sorry for myself because I had to fix water gaps twice in a row....

If anyone has a direct address for someone in OK that needs supplies (soap, shampoo, paper plates, paper cups, laundry soap, etc)
please contact me via PM.  I have several boxes filled and ready to send out.

We all realize that people from the midwest step up and help their neighbors, but this might need some outside help!

We're setting just off the very southwest corner of this system, been watching it constantly since 4 o'clock or so.  This thing is unbelievably wild - no telling how many tornados, 100+ mph straight winds, flash flooding, just creeping across the OKC metro area.  Started well west of El Reno, still building out of that area, most of the really bad stuff on the south side of I-40.  This may dwarf the last one.

Had a friend that had to ride out the OKC storms at remington park. Her dad is a jockey there and is suppose to race tomorrow. She put on fb a bit ago that she was fine it went within a mile of the track. They were able to watch it from the tunnel. The weather channel is reporting a cattle ranch took a direct hit. Hope everyone is ok.

I think the wind and hail have pretty much settled down, still raining though.  Traffic is terrible - it hit basically at rush hour and between the wind/tornado damage and flooding, many roads are impassable.  Not sure if they're actually closed, but they're telling everyone not to use I-35 and I-40 through Oklahoma, Canadian, and Cleveland counties.

I've been in touch with all my friends and family that should've been there (that I can think of) and they're all okay.  Not sure if there are any steer planet members affected...

I'm sure there were several. It seems they might have been referring to OKC West sale barn. It seems to have sustained quite a bit of damage - can't tell just how much, too many different stories.  But it sits right on the north side of I-40 right in the middle of the area where they're talking about the biggest tornado.  They sell Monday's and Wednesday's, so hopefully they're weren't too many people or cattle there at the time.
