From what I have seen Saskvalley Ramrod 155R is siring some really good offspring. He is by the Muridale Buster 14K son, Muridale Master24M. Ramrod's dam is a daughter of Alta Cedar Ultimate 8J and maternal grandam is by Eionmor Mr. Gus 80C. I saw Master as two year old and he was an impressive long smooth red bull.
A son of Saskvalley Ramrod 155R's was Champion at the Olds Fair recently. He was Paintearth Rama 53U. 53U is a herd bull at Creekside.
The Reserve Champion at Olds was aJPJ son, JSF Addicted 82U.These were both really good bulls but Rama is so complete and impressive with a bit bigger foot. His calves were a nice type but probably a little deeper bodied than Addicted's calves.
I expect both these bulls will be at Regina Agribition and will be strong contenders.

I haven't seen Ramrod since he went through the Saskvalley sale, and 1/2 interest and 1/2 possession was sold, when he was a two year old. Lehmann's were very high on him and still are.I thought at that time, that he was very sound structured and moderate framed with adequate muscling. I think he is breeding very well and his calves are pretty functional and sound.
