Pictured is my two month old bull calf by Windholme Robin King 959.ASAReg.3690517. Dam is a 13yr old cow Homeplace HPP Princess #X4201787.I know it may be alittle leggy for some,but interesting genetics.Cow probably has lots of Chieftain 9th in her. Calf is actually fairly thick up top.Mom got knocked down last fall so got her seperated from everyone.Have three daughters of old cow in herd.

The calf looks good.  I am starting to put together a few native cows.  Glad to see someone else is too.

That's a very good looking calf (thumbsup) It will be interesting to watch how he develops!

Robin King 959 was a son of Windholme Robin King, a bull Dale and Richard Studer purchased from Windholme Farm, I believe from Virginia.  He was a big, nearly solid red bull, maybe a little "hooky" for me, but one of those big bulls we were looking for at the time.  I think he was shown fairly successfully as a two year old.  There were several bulls back then that I thought had a little more rear quarter.  I know there's semen out there on most of them.  Interesting to see these old names resurface.
