Sat down last night to look through some of sales on SC and the next thing I knew it was almost 2 am. What sites and sales are you looking at?

These days it's only Show Circuit and Steerbidder for me.  I used to go to StockShowPlanet and Breeders World.  Now it seems everyone gravitates to SC and Steerbidder.  Live auctions with a lunch and interaction with the animals, breeder and other families is almost a thing of the past now.

Showcattle Connection is another good one.

Tod Caldwell used to be a partner is Caldwell Willoughby and went on his own to form Showcattle Connection.  He doesn't have the volume of sales that Show Circuit has, but what he has is pretty strong.  Primarily (from what I can tell) he has the producers that raised most of what he has placed over the years.

Did anyone see the lot 12 heifer at RJ's in person. She looked like $109,000 in the video. Has anyone used the W/C Family Tradition bull? Couldn't tell if it was the bull or the Harrietta blood that was making those heifers that good.

If you want some steer and heifer eye candy,  check out RJ's sale on SC on 9/23. WOW!

I saw that.... Heifer.... Steer.... Heifer....Steer. I thought it wasn't gonna end.  There was high quality deep into the last lot.  When you breed quality stock the people will buy it, wherever it is!!!

I would like to see someone put a lifesized stuffed steer in an online sale and say it's sired by Here I Am. Just to see how much it would go for.  I swear some of these calves people are paying $5K for probably wouldn't sale if they were sired by anything else.
