opinions on galloway bull calf

I found this bull calf on the backroads and I kind of like him. Would someone point out his flaws if you see them. They say he is all Galloway,  but it sure looks like a char cross or something.. Someone who has seen more galloways than me please weigh im.

I think I figured  it out. He is out of a dun, different in type than the other cows in the herd. Do the duns tend to have the shorter phenotype?

all depends on the pedigree

Variances within a breed can be just as drastic as between breeds.
