I am looking for opinions and maybe preferences on my two miniature hereford heifers. They are both headed for Denver, the first is a mid march and the second is an early april. Thanks for any input good or bad.

They both look really nice!  I think I like the first one a little better from a balance standpoint..

We looked at some this weekend at the Minnesota Beef Expo.  I think we will have to have one for next fall for our youngest!  She want s to show like big brother and sister pretty bad.

Besides Herefords, what other breeds are commonly shown as miniatures? I assume there is an association? Do they have shows that are just for miniature bred cattle?

Miniature herefords only show against miniature herefords, when there is a miniature hereford division or show. If there is not we show against full sized herefords. We have a breeders association but register all of our cattle through the american hereford association. There are also lowline which are a smaller black breed.
