If it makes you feel better I've definitely seen a lot worse. Pictures are hard to tell. Looks a little sway back. You might have to get the end of the stick in his belly in the ring and get his back up. Looks like you need to work the hair more than anything.

The steer is probably better than the photos. Seems wide bodied. Otherwise hard to tell. Talke some more pictures.
