Overly conditioned steer

One of our Hereford steers has been showing an excessive amount of fat gain on his neck, brisket, topline, and tailhead. He has an exceptional amount of muscle, but we seem to have over conditioned him and npw he has too much fat covering his muscle. When you feel his topline and shoulders they feel as if they were completely made of fat! We were wondering if there was a way we could lean him out. If anyone has any suggestions, that would help us a lot! Thank you!

It would help to know what you are currently feeding, that fat and protein percentage, the lbs per day , what his weight is now, what your target weight is, when your show is. There are different solutions for different scenarios.
