what exactly do you mean? like fitting her flank or the actual udder on a mature female?

I'd leave it  - unless it somehow gives you an optical illusion of her being higher flanked - which is not the case most of the time.

The heifer in my display picture has a white flank like your saying and I paint it when Im painting her legs

too me that's changing the color so illegal in my book. I know many people that do ( they say the spray got on the white accidentally) & don't feel it's wrong.
I guess it's all how you want to play the game.

I wouldn't do this if this heifer had a huge white spot but its probally 4x4 inches and not worth the trouble trying to not get paint on it.
