Must be really hot  (lol)

I worked at a Gelbvieh ranch in high school and the ones I was around had pretty poor udders, good mothers just poor udders.  I'm not certain but I think its something they are known for and judging by his scrotal suspension I would not be too keen on keeping lots of daughters.

Tyler already said this, but it looks more like poor suspensory ligaments verse collection. We have never had sagging testicles on bulls we've collected. Although I like the sire for his compact build and natural flesh, I would only use him for terminal sire.

The purebred Gelbviehs I've seen all had excellent udders.  This bull above isn't a very good representation of Gelbvieh -- Like others have said, I think there's a correlation between bull's who have weak testicle suspension and their daughters who have weak udder suspension.
