Peta regularly protests at dog shows.    They were at one I attended several years ago - believe it was Tulsa or it could've been OKC.  But anyway they were letting dogs out of crates & such.  They had actually been removed by the time we got to the show site.  We had a horrible time getting in & out of the show site with the additional security that was put in place.

The goal of PETA and HSUS is the elimination of domestic animals - ALL domestic animals - their only interest in little doggies and kitties is to use them to collect donations - DO not make the mistake of thinking they love the domestic dog....

they don't understand that when you let out lots of dogs at a dog show that it might create more dogs not less.

I DONT UNDERSTAND PETA because they say that animals should be free out in the open world but you know that most animals in the U.S are treated with respect except for the idiots that abuse animals. They also say that showing animals is abuse if you ask me animals that are shown get more respect then if they were out in the open world.

someone should do a fun undercover with PETA and become converted.  the one girl who was protesting has to be "available" as she was showing off her own beauty.

one could pose as a boy or girlfriend and their other "abused" dogs and they just had to turn them in but are really trying to get a date with the blonde girl holding up the sign and find out what she and others do.

If you ever have an encounter with a PETA representative, ask them how many dogs and cats that they helped to be adopted the last year, then ask them how much money was donated to them through contributions to the Humane Society, then ask how many animals did they put to sleep, then ask them what they used the money for?  They spend far more money protesting and I think what they do advertising for donations is or should be illegal ... people donate to help animals be adopted not killed.  What they have done to the horse industry is terrible.  It would be interesting if all old or hurt horses would be taken to the Humane Society.

what is the difference between:
PETA
HSUS
ASPCA
Are any of them good organizations or do we need to be concerned about all of them?

i want a PETA pet.  they are similar to zhu zhu pets but bigger.  they go from protest to protest, never really accomplishing anything but amusement.  collect the whole set.  watch them go down the ramp of unproductivity.  watch them go to the tower of indignity.  watch them go to the boat of indignation.  watch them go to the wheel of starvation.  watch them go down the hall of hypocrisy.  puh puh puh puh puh peta.
