We have been breeking Grant's steer for this next year.  We roughed him out today, Let me know what you think.  He is an Ice Chest X Sim/Angus.  We used to call Ice Chest the nickname of Chester so Grant has named this steer Lil Chester!

i'd like to inflate his fore and upper rib a little bit, take away some of the long bone on the rear.  nice smooth plump triangle in the back.  sweat collar.  will probably widen nicely behind.

I'ts hard for me to tell from pictures of different qualities, but rsc i really like him, does he come off the hip a bit, is the hair a little flatter than what you would like,  what about being pinched behind the shoulder, and would a sweat collar be a good investment.  Looks like a real big calf, will you be able to hold him,  i really do like him though.
