Hey cattle folks.  Here is the email to the judge in the Southern Arkansas University  horse killing of Credit Card.  Email provided by the owner's mom so people can email the judge and ask for the maximum penalty for Jaci Jackson and her cohorts in the stealing of the horses and trailer and the shooting, throat slitting and dismemberment fo Credit Card.  Send a short note to the judge.  I cannot imagine what drove her to this other than she and those envolved are sick sick people.  I know us horse people can be a little different but wrong is wrong.  I view from another livestock industry certainly wouldn't hurt.

If anything, horse people have one of the strongest connections to their animals.  Especially in the roping, barrel racing, and rodeo circuit.  There horse is there paycheck along with a buddy you train with everyday.  Also horses live so long, no uncommon to get to 30 or more.

Very sad deal all around, I do not think any leniency should be granted.

Nice to see someone who understands it. It's even more than that...the trust you have in each other, even the things you dont know you have like the fact that each of you know exactly what you can handle...

We all wish some of our competition would go away at some point ...but how could someone-who knows the connection(and trust me losing one that you've hauled across the country winning with is twice as hard as if they were mediocre)- be heartless enough to do that?

I do disagree on the felony for over 50k simply because the horse market is tanked and I don't know the last time I saw a rodeo horse go for that.  Not that the girl doesn't deserve it-I suppose they are considering emotional distress in that

I dont think there is much hope of leniancy, unless they are able to win an insanity plea, which I am sure they are gonna try once the evidence starts stacking up.  I dont want leniancy at all in this case.  I personally think she should be hung, but not before being tied to a tree in the woods and left there a few days first.  However, in this case, while the emails might help, if this is a legitamete judge then they really cant take your emails into consideration.  A judge that lets public sentiment into their decision is not much of a judge.  Our legal system is set up for them to make their decision on evidence provided and only on evidence provided.

I am by no means well educated in the subject of law. But from what I have seen is regardless of what the judge thinks personally he must follow the law that is in effect in his jurisdiction.
