We've used it on heifers and know of a few folks using it on steers in lieu of beet pulp. Seems to do the trick. We've been cautioned not to exceed the feeding recommendations though. Con- 4% fat content, so we've had to pull one of the heifers off of it.

I really like this product. It works really well on cattle that dont like depth charge, and that needs lower fill down low.

we used it this past year on 2 steers and werent happy with the results beet pulp seemed to do a better job
