We haven't had any calf reports in yet, but the first ones should be hitting the ground soon! If and when you have your Renegade Blues calves please send pictures to 712-249-2009. Good luck with the remainder of calving season!

I f you are meaning Renegade blues as the bull and the hip. Saw him before th picture was taken. Wide hipped and stout. Went with a few buddy's Renegade was with Luxury tax and both were impressive. Renegade actually was my favorite. Hips were fine unless you like narrow hipped cattle matched with narrow pins. Everybody I talked to liked him if they saw him.

Just had our Renegade Blues calf out of a roan pb shorthorn. White with black nose and black tipped ears heifer calf. Real stout and hairy weighing around upper 80s.

Will post pics in a few days

Really pleased with him, we will use him more this year  (clapping)

I know this is a older discussion but figured i would share. We had 3 Renegade Blues calves born 1 bull solid 85 lbs out of baldy cow and 2 heifers both around 80 lbs 1 blue roan out of Angus other black with white belly out of baldy cow. One of the heifers we kept out of baldy cow just calved in March she was bred to a low BW hereford bull we own. Much bigger calf then expected and calved a week early. Gorgeous stout and loud marked heifer. She didn't need assistance and she has a beautiful udder. She will be a nice cow for us but we will be careful what we use on her the size of this calf shocked us.
