As you all may know, I'm extremely careful (on the near side to paranoid)(lol) about my cattle when it comes to breeding, hauling short term, and such.

I have a cow, first timer this year, who calved in May. Flushed her in first of August with okay sucess for temperature. But we only got 5 #1. I would like to flush her again to the baby's daddy come December/January and put some in recips at this time as well. How much is too much when it comes to flushing between calvings. I've always heard that twice was fine, but what is your personal experience? Embryologist said she felt fine and her heats have been normal and on schedule since.
Thanks,
Sarah
