I had one out of a Double Stuff and he is a real nice calf. Great bone, square hip, good muscle, lots of growth and hair like a yak.

last year I had a few and they were big boned and hairy.  They were nice calves but not great ones.  But those great ones hardly come along that often.

We have 2 fats from last year that will be shown in May.  They are decent calves... tons of hair, bone and pretty correct!  I can take some pics if you'd like to see them, but they aren't clipped up or anything yet.  We used him again last spring and have two pretty nice heifer calves in my opinion.  Both out of Charolais cross cows and born early February.  Here's one and need to load more pics.

I have a sunseeker heifer out of a commerical angus cow that is about a pretty profiling heifer that you wil find, but she needs some more thickness and power.  She is a tick taller than our other heifers and was thinking about breeding her to Rocky Balboa.  He looks to be a smaller made bull and looks like he should add some thickness and style.  What is everyone experiences?

we had one steer last out of last year's calf crop hes out of a junk commerical red cow
he ended up second in class at the county fair to the champion feeder steer
he would have made a "Ok" county fair steer for someone

My sunseeker heifer looks like she is a pure bred angus and has just straight hair that is a pain to get it to do any thing.  She won her class at our county fair and stood third in class at the Ohio State fair feeder calf show last year.  Just was looking for something to add some style and power to her.  I was debating either Rocky or Dirty Hairy.  Any thoughts?
