I have had several people ask if Rumor Mill semen would be available again, and if the price would decrease; the answer to both questions is "YES" !!!

Semen has been sent from Great Lakes Sire Service in Michigan to Cattle Visions in Missouri and will be available this week.  It is now priced at 30/unit.  We continue hearing positive calf reports and how pleased people have been with the development of his heifers, bulls, and steers.

Picture 1 is of Rumor Mill as a mature bull.
Picture 2 is of Rumor Has It, a promotional son of Rumor Mill.
Picture 3 is of a Rumor Mill bull calf that was Division 1 – Champion Junior Bull Calf at Royal.
Picture 4 is of a Rumor Mill bred heifer that sold at the NCC recently.
Picture 5 is of a 2015 spring born Rumor Mill heifer calf.

Thank you,

Thank you, Mark, for your kind words.  Here is another Rumor Mill heifer that is selling in M Lazy Heart Ranch's Western Shootout Sale June 3.  She is out of their Pebbles donor, a Heat Wave x Pistol Pete powerhouse.

People have suggested Rumor Mill is calving ease. would say that is true mr. Wolfe?

Yes, Rumor Mill is a solid choice for calving ease genetics; calves' weights have been in the 65 to 85 pound range, and they have come small-headed and smooth-shouldered.

As is the case with most promoted calving ease bulls, on rare occasions, a calf might be heavier, for the dams' genetics may lend to that predicament ; however, I, nor the other owners, have heard of any calving issues when breeding first calf heifers to Rumor Mill.

We truly appreciate those of you who have implemented his genetics into your herds.

Thank you,

Had 2 Rumor mill calves born this winter. 1 bull 1 heifer. Both were over 100 pounds. No calving problems with them they were made right. One was out of a wisdom daughter and the other out of a commercial cowboy cut granddaughter. Not sure I would breed him to heifers. Just my experience.
