I just bought a purebred black maine bull with scurs,what is the probabbility of polled calves out of horned cows?Can he still be homo polled with scurs?thanks guys.

I'd guess 50-50 on the polled calves out of horned cows.  I have  a scurred maine bull that seems like he throws horned calves on horned cows more times than not.

I believe that the scur genes are a little different than the polled gene loci or whatever. You can have a homo polled bull with scurs. Of course breeds like the Angus frown on it.

While purely anecdotal it has always seemed to me that using scurred bulls on horned cow gave us as high or maybe slightly higher percentage of polled calves as compared to using non-homozygous smooth polled bulls.  In particular one scurred bull we used years ago, one of the first polled bulls we used, on all horned cows averaged in his lifetime over 60% polled calves.  I suppose over a large enough group this would balance to 50% this was on about 300 calves.
