Setting up cows for embryo implanting

What is the procedure for embryo implanting? Thanks

We set up some recips for a flush last april.
We put cidrs in on a Wednesday. Give a shot of progesterone estradiol
Next Wednesday: Pull Cidrs. Shot of estrumate.
Thursday: Shot of plain estradiol.
Thursday - Saturday: Recip heats. Ours all were on that Thursday.
Following Friday: Implant embryos.

How much did all the drugs cost per cow.

A little tougher, but we use natural heats. We just call our embryologist when the cow is standing and he comes out 7 days later and puts them in (of course, frozen not fresh)! A lot cheaper, but takes more effort and you have to have an embryologist willing to come out for just one or two. We get charged $75 for each implant. Works for us  ;D
