Very impressive bull calf!!! Also a very interesting pedigree!!  I hope he is clean for TH and PHA as you may have a marketable product with this guy if he is promoted right, What are your plans for him?  Bull or steer? By the pic I am assuming he is horned, which is no real big deal ... to me at least. Occasionally, you will have a calf that develops far better than you thought it would at birth, but the real good ones usually look great from birth. This guy has " the look".  Good luck with him... and keep us posted on his development.

Our plans are to leave the nuts in him as of now.  His momma is 11 and we haven't kept one a bull as of yet.  He will be TH and PHA free and he is horned.  We pretty high on him ourselves.  His mommas reg number is 3986862.  We have 4 maternal sibs by Diamond Leggs 21 coming this fall and are putting more embryos in out of this cow in a few weeks.

Very nice calf!  He looks a lot like a bull calf that I have this year.  He's outta Perfect Timing, but his momma is outta Sonny.  Sonny sure will throw some thickness in there won't he?  He really does have the look of a real good one, if not a great one.  Will you be showing him this fall, or saving him up to display? I know these are really early questions, but I think he's pretty cool!

Sonny is one of favorite bulls for this very reason. He can really make some nice broody females and when bred right he can throw some great bull calves. Like the calf's hip and he is really clean necked. A few sonny's that I have seen can get bold in the shoulder but he is pretty nice. Keep the pics coming definitely of Diamond calves. ;)

We aren't much on showing bulls so we will probably just hold him off for display at denver.  Like you said alot of things can change between now and then but, we will have to see.

We are just going to have him on display, probably.  We have talked about showing him but, we will have to see.  Thanks for all the compliments we are pretty excited about him.

Looks complete. Hope to see him in Denver. Good Luck with him. Please keep us posted. He's one that I maybe would use a little down the road if he pans out as good as he looks. Brent
