Shorthorn Junior Nationals

Who is going to go?  Is there any place that is a must see or any unique place to eat while we are in St Paul.

Buca Di Beppo is a very good Italian chain restaurant. Dishes served family style (one large order serves up to 4). The Chicken carbonara and ravioli are both very good. I would pick 2 things to order a small of each for a family of 4.

Surly Brewing Co has excellent food and is probably the best brewery in Minnesota.

I'll be there and we usually try to eat at local places at least two nights every time we're at a show.

I should add that one of the foods we are famous for here in MN is the Juicy Lucy. The original is from Northern MN, but if you find a restaurant that serves them it would be worth a try!

What exactly is a juicy lucy.

Hamburger stuffed with cheese in the middle. Its delicious but the cheese also comes out in a molten flow of lava hot cheese that tends to stick and burn the roof of your mouth. We will be there but will have our camper there so I'd guess we will be eating whatever my wife prepares.

Auburnview nailed it. I'll be visiting the show on the 3rd or 4th, but unfortunately I won't be able to show this year.
